At PORTAGE STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items are returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Products damaged due to improper use.

  • Items with missing parts not caused by our error.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, PORTAGE STORE will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
